Good monring, Thursday. I'm working on a big renovation of this here blog and I ask your patience as I retool, reconfigure, and re-up the ante as I figure out next steps for this here would-be writer residing in this here big city.
Besides that, I 've been busy with the production side of my personality and working on some fun projects with all of my favorite people. And as I head into the city again today, I can't believe how warm it is outside, It's unavoidable that thoughts of Spring clothes must come to the front of my brain, and one thing I'm coveting is white denim, and lots of it.
There's nothing cuter than white jeans in the warm months, of this I am certain. It's fresh, crisp, and classic, but can be worn in the same way you've worn those black jeggings all winter (what winter?).
If white on the bottom causes hives, rethink the white denim and rock it on top. I am a huge fan of the zillions of little white jackets I've been seeing in store- and as you can imagine you can easily spend upwards of $200 on a jacket by J. Brand, or you can take my immediate advice and go buy one at AmericanEagle, my favorite denim source that may seem to you like a store for teens, but actually has some stellar jeans that fit super well and are really reasonable. This little cutie below goes for $49.95- a great price for a jacket that will surely get you through the warm months- oh and pop that collar so you get that bright white by your face- it's like an instant glow for those of you stuck in offices during this warmth and don't have time to work on your tans. Oh and I love the fact that this piece has a good deal of stretch in it- I hate denim that doesn't move, don't you?
I love bringing you accessible options on how to rock the latest looks- with fashion so democratized now, you have no excuse when it comes to spending less while gaining so much more when it comes to looking cute this Spring and Summer.
